So I was playing around in Telvannis today, and noticed an Imperial Fort that might well serve for the next leg of an Imperial Legion questline in the Quest Pack. Though the ending gets a little weird, this questline practically wrote itself:
The player is told to report to an Ordinator outside a small-ish town in the Sacred Lands (choose one that needs some quest love). The Ordinator (who has no helm) explains to the character that they are hunting a Daedra only known as the Face Stealer, that has been stealing souls and using them in various profane rituals and enchantments. The Ordinator asks the player to escort them to the creature's lair and help kill it.
So my proposal: The first Foul Murder plotline would take place at any time. This second part would take place only after Foul Muder part 1 is completed, and the main quest is completed. It also serves as breadcrumbs to the entire TR mainland and some familiar old faces out of vanilla, and so may need to wait until TR is completed. (Eh heh. Heh heh...)
Quest Idea for the Aanthirin: A Hlaalu Noble's daughter has fallen in love with an Indoril farmer, but her father doesn't allow them to see eachother, the job for the PC is to bring the Noble's Daughter to Almas Thirr where her lover would wait for her, only to find that some of the Noble's men were waiting for the PC at the front entrance of Almas Thirr, this to kill the PC and bring his daughter back. The PC succeeds when he gets the Noble's Daughter to the farmer in Almas Thirr and fails if the farmer, or the daughter is killed.
The player is contracted (if a thief) or bribed (if temple member) by an agent skulking on the outskirts of Necrom to “borrow” the remains of a friend recently laid to rest in the catacombs. They are given the pen of the deceased which will float, rotate and sympathetically point towards the correct direction when placed on the ground.
