Honestly there might be even more misaligned doors, i just gave up after a while...
Might not be a bad idea for someone to go through Ember keep and wiggle all of them around on the proper gridsnap setting

Imp doors unfortunately just don't gridsnap right. I did my best to fix these though.

Struck out the ones Tani fixed, I didn't check all individual doors, but a lot of them still have issues unfortunately. (It's a lot better than it was before though)
If someone decides to go through the place to adjust them all, they should make sure they aren't floating either because a handful of them are at the moment
