•  The dialog choices with the guar remain unchanged after the guar has been cured.
•  When the guar is cured, the "guar" topic for the 3 ashlanders will always add 10 disposition to the npc. If the guar is killed after being cured, the "guar" topic does not change.
•  If the player attacks the guar, the ashlander outside will help kill it. The "guar" topic and new journal entry say the player killed the guar.
