TR_m1_Kevlin Sereile, the owner of Black Ogre Tavern in Nivalis, has an unique Greeting 7 that has two issues:

1. It's filtered just to members of Mages Guild (most likely an oversight caused by copying the lines for a MG member that are just below this one)
2. It doesn't contain the word "beds" or add the "Beds" topic, meaning that if you happen to reach the Black Ogre Tavern without getting the topic elsewhere, you won't be able to rent a room there.
