The front most top beams of both the in_c_stone_endcap pieces used at the end of the OE fighters guild's stairs to the basement are caspering quite badly

Didnt know the best fix for
Didnt know the best fix for the Int, provided 2 for reviewers choice.
First one, attached to this post, swaps the stairs for Cellar version to match ceiling piece on endcap.
Second, posted below, adds Rich type skirting around the caspering area. And keeps existing Rich type stairs
