This claim is for refitting existing dialogue at "old" Gorne/Nan Iban. The old island will undergo exterior changes, however this will be done in a later release, and before the NPCing of new Gorne is started, we need to refit all of the dialogue from the old Gorne to fit the new status quo in order to avoid mixing up old and new dialogue.
New Orethan Rocks with a dedicated texture designed to match the Mournhold Tilesets stones to replace the BC rocks that are currently being used. In addition includes mountain peaks and ridges (for assisitng with border matching not general claim use) and an extra landscape texture. Per Chefs request, the BC rocks have been kept with BC IDs for use in Indoril Gardens (literal gardens that is).
