Found some issues. Lacks descending staircase at entry. Has cobble that limits maneuverability. Rescaled containers. Upwards ascending section beyond Z level of entry door. Sunlight too high.
As per https://wiki.project-tamriel.com/wiki/Aanthirin I have swapped container flora (Gold Kanet, Stoneflower, Black Anther) to the correct equivalents (Blue Kanet, Timsa Come By, Golden/Noble Sedge). I have done this for loose ings too.
