Flashgrit is an explosive refined from rare Abecean nitrates. The So-Mitana Company maintains an effective monopoly on flashgrit production, and sells the substance to buyers across Tamriel.
In-game, flashgrit can be found as an ingredient in its raw powdered form or kept in small tubes (called "Hasirs" by the Redguards). It can also be found in larger bottles, which should be implemented as miscs, and specially-designed crates, which should be implemented as containers.
Multiple fixes for PI assets condensed into a single upload. Many IDs changed to standardize them and fix some errors. Some file names changed and moves. Stat changes for obsidian weapons. Multipler clutter sets given proper weight and values. Mesh and texture fixes done Cicero included in attached files.

A bundle of all 19 minor guilds with skeleton flavor factions, three trading companies found across multiple projects, and a Kingdom of Kvatch faction. Needed for Anvil.
The minor guilds are set up as unjoinable flavor factions without favored skills (attributes only). All of them have three ranks: Apprentice, [flavorful antique name for the profession], Master.
