The Narsis gazebo we currently have is quite ugly, but the idea is solid. The object should get its dome made to look like the domes on the Mwgek divine temples, and should have the same footprint as the existing mesh. You are free to either fix up the current one (tr\x\TR_Narsis_gazebo.NIF) or start from scratch.

Helnim's Guild of Mages is kept on a tight leash by its parent guildhall in Firewatch. Hessei-Lig asks the player to find out why Firewatch has arranged for a taciturn Lamp Knight named Kaishi to be posted at the guildhall. Kaishi won't give any details, only stating flatly that she's around "to protect the guild". Neither Gindaman nor Banvira at the Firewatch guildhall will be forthcoming either, but the chatty Daedroth guild guide Thazlorakis will let slip that Kaishi was sent to "keep an eye on somebody".
Shipwreck with the skeletal corpse of Nandor Beraid and his spear. Pretty standard shipwreck int. Moving to redoran sea of ghosts years from now, putting here so can be set up for Old Ebonheart quest hook and not breaking any rythm in said quest for the tournament
This claim is for misc quests on the island of Althoa and the adjacent mainland village of Bal Oyra. For the most part, these are facelifts and dialogue touchups. Old names of renamed quests are shown as strikethroughs.
For ease of review, claimant(s) should submit a separate .esp for each quest!
A basic looking Imperial trade vessel, would be nice to have as the galleon is navy affiliated and the other trade ship is explictedly Dunmeri in design. Could be used in almost every port around Tamriel.
Apartment and storefront of Green-Eyes, a low-end apothecary serving mostly poor customers in Uriel's Quarter. Involved in Q2 of the Firewatch FG questline.
Residence of a Nord merchant who made his wealth in the wasabi trade with Cathnoquey.
The int currently in the sectionfile is a lightly edited version of old Helnim's "Marcel Perde's House", but the scope of the changes needed here pushes this past touchup or refit category and necessitates a full top-to-bottom overhaul (and claim).
