Praying animation for NPCs currently used in InDev SHOTN files. Originally created by Antares, apparently fine to redistribute in Tamriel_Data. The T_D Management Guide doesn't specifically mention NPC animation files, so maybe these should be placed directly in Data Files/Meshes/?
Should include a meeting hall, side offices, a main office for the city steward and a substantial basement vault. Uses a custom exterior shell, check the latest Andothren files with the addon.
Needs to reworked to fit shell , should be 2x3 on both floors (top floor is oddly shaped but best solution as is.) The original claim specified middle class so the furniture should be replaced with de_m and it needs a pathgrid.
