Odd interior, number of books suggest resident is wealthier than their furniture would suggest, but doesn’t seem to be a book-seller or scholar. Addendum: Per old forum, home of an old man with a large library, middle class. 

Claimant should swap the furntiure to de_m and add a pathgrid.

The guard tower and house need to be split into separate ints with the house being remade as a standard residence (De_p or de_m, claimants choice) following the convention for ex_hlaalu_b_27. The guard tower is somewhat lacklustre in comparison to the others around the city and could use additional cluttering.

Both will need path-grids.
