Kragenmoor #7 - Imperial Commission

Imperial Commission. Centre of Imperial Law and the Empire’s main representation in Kragenmoor. Contains a courtroom where legal debates are settled - a good deal of those pertaining to trade disputes. Include offices for legal staff, lawyers, scribes etc. Include a private office for the Magistrate of Kragenmoor - also include private quarters for the Magistrate.

Kragenmoor - East Empire Company

Headquarters of the EEC in Kragenmoor. The most important & richest office of the EEC in Narsis district.
Include an open-air entry foyer decorated with tapestries, artwork, and sitting areas. Otherwise include offices for EEC bureaucrats, functionaries, accountants etc. Include a meeting area where matters of business are discussed & intra-EEC disputes settled. Also include an office for the prestigious Factor of the Kragenmoor EEC (do not include a bedroom, they have a separate manor).

Kragenmoor - Caravan Company (Thieves’ Guild)

Cyrodilic Caravan Company that also acts as a front for the Kragenmoor Thieves’ Guild ring (separate from Jim Stacey’s group). The company is both important for licit & illicit business, with the EEC and HCC both competing to get first bid on deliveries.
The above ground portion appears like a regular caravan company. Include a reception lobby, an area for business discussions and an office.
The tower contains the private office of Demiah Dalvi, the head of the Kragenmoor Thieves’ Guild, and her bodyguard.

Kragenmoor - Sadras Manor

The large fortified estate of the Sadras Clan and residence of its patriarch; councillor Edayn Sadras. The Sadras are an ex-redoran family who practise a syncretic worship of the nine divines while paying lip service to the tribunals divinity and are influential throughout the Othreleth Woods via their influence over the Dunmeri guild of Brewers and Fishmongers.

Kragenmoor - Grand Chapel of Akatosh

Chapel to Akatosh. The main temple of the Imperial Cult in Southern Morrowind. Dedicated to Akatosh, but facilitates worship to all divines except Arkay who has a chapel outside of the city. The ground floor contains the main shrine to Akatosh with offered prayer rolls & donations. Also include further parts of interest such as an area for religious oration (see the other Hlaalu IC ints for inspiration.
