Assets and changes for the radiant shield MWSE magic effect. I've made T_Cr_Alt_AuroranShield a permanent ability with the new effect through the addon because I thought that seemed cool and fitting for the Aurorans, but I also didn't want such a powerful effect (and all of the visual noise) on all of them, so I've removed it from the weaker Aurorans and only kept it on the Radiant Aurorans.

CyrRga chests are all named as "chests", despite small variants also being there (and reflected correctly in IDs). This claim here renames them to "small chests", to further indicate their size.
