on merge:
after merging and in the CS, delete entries called "DELETED" in Greeting 0, Greeting 5 and topic Reynant Alciente
Creatures are by default ignored by the crime system. This changes that for Felms if any NPC in the paddock is witness.
On merge: remove regular velk monkeys from paddock.
