One dessicated Second Era shipwreck left over from when Vivec flooded Morrowind. The interior should have smashed furniture and containers, broken pieces of the ship, bones and cobwebs. Due to its ancient age, modern western clutter shouldn't be used. Instead, the claimant should mostly use baskets and urns, a tattered banner shrine, in general in the style of Indoril ships like the Whispered Tenet. Currently unoccupied.

Small natural cave on the bottom of the sea. Despite being underwater, it should have some air pockets to make exploration easier. There's some loot related to smuggling in the area.

A large bandit cave, should be somewhat intimidating and expansive. Use moldcave.

Small and unassuming Redoran Kwama mine. Should include bedrolls for workers (probably just three or four Velothi) and Redoran guards (one or two who patrol the interior) and some form of office space for an overseer (who would possibly just be one of the guards or workers).

An old Indoril ancestral tomb that’s still occasionally kept clean by descendants, though it should still be a bit dusty and unswept. Overall more cultural and lavish than the average tomb. No activator shrines.
