Like the guides we see in vanilla and the province mods, it would be cool to use the unused bookart in vanilla which are ready to go for using in game for making provincal guides. The usable files are: - cyrodiil_377_253.dds
A questline that involves murdering people with the Ebony Blade.
Summary:
A priestess of Mephala (a talking Dridrea) found in a Morag Tong hall [somewhere]. She recieves requests from Mephala (as an oracle of sorts) and she relays those requests to the player (or the player shows promise and is trusted with carrying out these deeds). The quest is essentially the Morag Tong equivalent of the Bal Molagmer and Imperial Cult Oracle Questlines.
Note: This questline is meant only as a temporary stopgap, to close up the current Telvanni cliffhangers. As such, these quests will be DELETED once the real Telvannis redo starts in many years' time. Hence, please make the questline very simple and don't spend too much time on it.
A proposal to adapt Ken Rolston's old idea about Grand Council Resolution Quests in a TR questline.
This would mean expanding the council to include more parties and finding ways these resolutions could affect the whole province. In fact, they would have to do the latter, as anything less would be underwhelming to the player.
Possibly, these quests could center in Mournhold or Old Ebonheart.
