Fix: Missing dialogue (Legion and OE Savant)

  • Added Imperial Legion topic for m4 and m7 so they don't tell you about the forts on Vvardenfell.
  • Changed "Ebon Tower" to "the Ebon Tower" in m3 entry
  • Changed the global TR Savant line for Ebonheart to mention Old Ebonheart, and removed mention of the EEC, since that's no longer a particularly relevant location for them compared to other offices.
  • Duplicated that line so it's also available for Savant Service.
  • "Imperial legion"->"Imperial Legion" and "It's is"->"It's" in the two existing Old Ebonheart lines.
  • Added global TR Savant and S

Firewatch ownership fixes

  • Set ownership to items in the Saber of the Straits that were missing them.
  • Found two containers hidden within the new Saber of the Straits model and moved them to be accessible.
  • Set ownership on items in the exterior all over FW, including for the Smith vendor at the palace who didn't own the equipment crates and couldn't sell the stuff, and on locked doors I found.
  • Found a hidden lantern and hook inside Melia Aurivia's house. Since the house next door has a lantern anyway and this is a private residence, I've deleted them

Fix: Dialogue issues in Old Ebonheart, Docks

  • Switched Aeta to the normal m3 script
  • Gave Greidla two unique lines so she has dialogue.
  • Gave Kastus three unique lines so he has dialogue.
  • Gave On-Keelja a unique line so she has dialogue.
  • Gave the sailors on the TEM Morgiah two rumours
  • Gave the people on the Niben's Wind one (non-)rumour.
  • Gave Uffgir Salt-Mouth, Parulius and Haladroth a unique rumor each.
  • Changed Potemus being called "Commodore" to "Admiral" in two lines.

Rivenwake dialogue redundancy

Nalvyna Balen's initial lines for forged license had identical directions to Tareni Deroth twice. Those lines also implied that she's sending you to Tareni, when actually you're supposed to get the license from the Rivenwake and THEN bring that to her.

So I've rewritten both lines, including a few minor changes ("somewhere in the chain"->"somewhere along the chain" and more natural sounding directions to the ship).

Changed Runat bounty directions

There was a disconnect between the information given by the questgiver, and what's actually written into the journal. I've followed the suggestion by Denis and changed both to reflect that he only knows they are somewhere near Arvud, and that you should ask the locals. He also marks Arvud on the map now.
