A quest taking place in a Velothi tower outside of Narsis, home to a hostile warlock specializing in shock spells. The Warlock has a Captive Breton (perhaps a junior Mages Guild member?) sent here to gather knowledge on shock magics, or perhaps an unaffiliated sorcerer in search of the same knowledge.
In the early years of the Septim Dynasty, Leviathan Keep was an an important stronghold of the North Navy. Just before the War of the Red Diamond, the fortress was targeted by Imperial and Dunmer forces aligned with Uriel Mantiarco in his (successful) bid to unseat Empress Kintyra II and become Emperor Uriel III. The Empress' consort, Kontin Arynx, was killed defending the keep.
Dreugh Tridents Kings are underwater rulers of the eastern seas, minibosses for certain Dreugh Citadels, one for each archipelago. Essentially larger, spikier Man o'war that are chosen by the queen to mate with every so often.
