In the Meris shrine in the Almas Thirr Plaza, there is no book of Saint Meris there, only one for all the saints in general. Might be a good idea to place one on the empty lecturn.
Many items throughout the Oran Plantation including private quarters are set to be faction owned. This is weird and absurd. Should be changed to Oran-owned
Appear in world but can't be picked up until their quest is started. I swear there was part of their script that gave you a vague journal entry but didn't officially start the quest.
Resolution - either fix that part of the script, or disable until quest start. Yes the notes are supposed to be put there ~100 years ago, but maybe the cultists/nixhounds just happened to find it in a pile recently

Hvaldur wants her sister to know that he is alive and is going back home to Skyrim. wants her sister -> wants his sister
