in cell "sadrapit mine", one of the lighting colors seems to be incredibly blue, causing this unpleasant water color with MGE XE:
In the same cell these waterfalls have alpha issues on the edges from some angles, causing apparent gaps in the water surface- may need a wider waterfall asset, or just ignore it as a cosmetic issue:

Apart from the directions to this shrine that are utterly useless (or my navigation skills for that matter). Didn't see any of the landmarks, maybe they got changed over time. Leaving south of Akamora imidiately leads to a forked road. It said keeping the silt strider at right, this suggests road marked 1 in screens. I think I should have been taking the other road. But hey, maybe that's is the thing with a shrine. May Almsivi guide me.
I think the use of t_glb_terrwater_sqrflw512_01 is supposed to suggest that the pools are flowing into the lower "Underground River" cell, but the current implementation is jarring. The multiple t_glb_terrwater_sqrflw512_01 refs should probably be replaced with stagnant water.
While in certain new interiors there is a light_dae_brazier_320. You can open your inventory and click on it as if picking up an item. Doing so will delete the light and also make your character shine as if you were the light. I cant find anything in my inventory and the lighting effect on your character never seems to go away. It does not display as any "Light" spell effect. One of these braziers can be found in Emmurbalpitu, Aisle of Dawn as an example, but its not the place where i picked up 4 of these lights (some cave west of Indal-ruhn i forgot the name).
There are some spots in Roa Dyr that are so narrow that the Indoril guards get stuck there for a long time. I thought at first that they were purposefully blocking my way. One of these places is in Warriors' Hall with a bookcase in a doorway. See screenshot and coordinates.
if player waits in "Tel Muthada, The Note In Your Eye" 24 hours first it will not work until player waits another full 24 hours outside, this is very confusing/blocking IMO, you should just move that
