After entering the cell "Akamora, Guild of Mages" I found the stairs leading up to the beds are blocked. After disabling it I didn't found any problem like disapearing floor upstairs.

So the Filthy Book and Rotting Book items you find the Daedric Ruin Library dedicated to Sheogorath have some minor typos. "Pages are Torned out, full with sometimes childish, sometimes frightening scribble and scrabble... The whole book is unreadable and unenjoyable..."
The word "torned" should be "torn", "torned" is not a real word.

After ending the quest by persuading Indoril soldiers to stand down, she still wants Calitia surrendered to her.
Reason for this is that Irnami's proper response: "Calitia can go free. We will not pursue her." only occurs if the player manages to persuade *her* (TR_m3_TT_Lloris5d=100), but you can still end that quest by going through Indoril Danvas (add another response for TR_m3_TT_Lloris5e=100).
No filter/special response from Diranya, same for other Indorils as well (so they essentialy talk about themselves). The only unique response is from Ilvi, I think.
Topic "pilgrimages" that points to "the Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Solitude near Tel Mothrivra, the Pilgrimage to the Boethian Falls, and the Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Hindsight" is filtered for map3. Almas Thirr, while being in map3, should include Bloodstone instead.
Ordinators in Necrom have a special voice greeting if the player is running/has weapon drawn. This is cool, but rather immersion-breaking if the player is some higher up in the Temple or one of the Houses (they wouldn't talk like that to the Patriarch, would they?). Maybe consider adding a filter here?
Currently Indoril Ulyn's signet ring (reward for Stendarr Tower Haunting quest for siding with the ghost) is way too powerful - has 100p Open enchantment (!). While this is a useful item, it allows you to open every lock early in the game (since this is not a high level quest) - not really good for the game balance.
