The quest index 83 is achieved when the player talks with Indoril Ilvi (TR_m3_Draler Ilvi) through the topic "Margia Sycora" after the Quest has passed or is in the Index 81.
THE BUG: The topic "Margia Sycora" isn`t introduced from anywhere or anyone. Indoril Ilvi can`t talk with the player about this topic,
SOLUTION: I suggest to use the NPC Rathys Madalvel (TR_m3_Rathys Madalvel), the one that hint you about Indoril Ilvi. Just use addtopic in his Result Box.
I found the presence of a seam (if that's the appropriate word) while visiting "Khalaan, Old Landing" as part of the "The Forsaken Betrayer" Quest. (see screenshot)
Pretty much what it says on the tin; there's a gap in the sea floor north of Kemel-Ze. Either a rendering issue or polygon boundaries aren't connected.
When first getting the quest to investigate Odrethi Manor, Rantela Irenam gets stuck in an endless 1. Continue cycle. This is because of the condition for Choice 1 in the "undetected" topic being set to TR_m1_PT_MaI_2 = 10, rather than TR_m1_PT_MaI_3 = 10. I've confirmed this is the cause of the bug by patching it myself and the dialogue works now.
The equipment chest in the Old Ebonheart Fighters Guild has a minimum rank requirement of Defender. The equipment chests in all other Fighters Guilds (including those in Helnim and Firewatch Castle) have a minimum rank requirement of Associate.
