The dialog choices with the guar remain unchanged after the guar has been cured.
When the guar is cured, the "guar" topic for the 3 ashlanders will always add 10 disposition to the npc. If the guar is killed after being cured, the "guar" topic does not change.
If the player attacks the guar, the ashlander outside will help kill it. The "guar" topic and new journal entry say the player killed the guar.
After the first journal entry, if Vespertius Pertinax is killed before the player speaks to him or walks away, the quest will be left open until the player walks away, resulting in the final journal entry: "Vespertius Pertinax attacked me."

With the merging of Ascadian Bluffs Region into Roth Roryn, there is as far as I know no longer any geographic area named "Ascadian Bluffs". Yet, no less than 27 references of "Maps of the Ascadian Bluffs" - an unfinished asset - are present in TR_Mainland. These should be nuked and probably be replaced with appropriate maps, and the asset deprecated.
The pathgrid in "Aimrah, The Sailors' Inn" doesn't extend beyond the bar (which is correct i think), but an NPC (TR_m3_Anara) in the non-pathgridded area is set to wander, causing her to walk into objects. She should probably just stand still
