In the quest "Imperial Cult: An Unlikely Convert", Misinath Ulvam asks the player to either get his book back from the guards or get him a new copy (the only option atm), but the guards in Tel Gilan currently even can't be asked about the book.
At this point the player should probably be able to ask the guards about the book, through the topic "For my Gods and Emperor"
One of Lliretha Arantam's responses to the topic "some part of him" still describes the old pre-ITO version of Urlis Rock
The player can't tell Lliretha Arantam that Vedran Gavonir murdered her husband until they loot the husband's ring from his corpse (Journal TR_m1_Bah_widow 45) even through he already confesses to the murder before attacking the player (Journal TR_m1_Bah_widow 40)
Responses to the topic "wickwheat" filtered to commoners and farmers in Bahrammu still mention the locals actively growing it, and a response filtered to TR_m1_Nirvusa_Heran implies her husband working the wickwheat fields. Also, as an added bonus the response filtered to farmers still refers to the isle as Balvvarden
One of the banners outside Vyr-Moran Lookout (in Aanthirin Region 4,-26), starts z-fighting if the player gets some distance away from it. This one is the only one with the issue, all others on the same tower are fine.
