The HCC tradehouse cell in Hlan Oek is just called Hlan Oek, Council Company Tradehouse, because back then I didn't realise the significance of the HCC as a corporate entity and thought it was just "the council company (run by the Hlaalu)". But it doesn't make sense for the cell not having the full brand name, and every other cell (e.g. in Andothren or Narsis) uses it too. So this renames it to Hlan Oek, Hlaalu Council Company Tradehouse, as well as changes 7 lines of dialogue that had the previous full name.
During the Thieves Guild questline in Andothren where you meet Three Eyes for the first time, instead of interacting and talking with Three Eyes, either a blank dialogue screen appears or it swaps to a frozen dialogue screen for Angunas. On exiting the dialogue, everything bar the inventory screen is frozen (cannot move and cannot look around). On further inspection, even getting near him seems to freeze the game.
In Ebon Tower, Palace: Treasure Chamber there is an unowned ebony dagger, as well as the shield of light next to it, and there is an unowned dwemer mace in the room below it, where the dead burglars are.
In the "go free" topic, there is a response from TR_m4_q_S_dur_juu:

I think it would be cool to treat the different waters throughout PTR similar to the regions on land - by that I mean that having one or two different unique flora types per major river or sea would be really cool. For example, the Smear Algae was made by Fluxbender specifically with the intention of cluttering the Thirr, and Eyestars would fit the purpose equally well. Similar small underwater additions could be included once TR reaches the Padomaic coast, perhaps to be shared with the Padomaic Isles project, as uniquely Padomaic Ocean underwater clutter.
