Home of a squatter and their spouse. They spend their day fishing and hunting. House is tilted, so they might rest on hammocks and makeshift furniture.
The cult of Arius is outlawed and heavily persecuted in Morrowind. Ostensibly worshiping a god of fire and volcanoes, the cult is considered to be a front for Mehrunes Dagon in his aspect of natural disasters. In popular Imperial culture it became parodied as a cult of inbred islanders.
