(originally TV4 - Grotto) Small Flooded Daedric Temple to Molag Bal inhabited by Dreugh and slaughterfish. Should show signs of ruin but the statue remains intact.

Given how big the shrine's exterior is and how rare we make good daedra shrines, this is just too small. Increase to at least twice the size, especially since the ext has two entrances.

This should have a basement for storing the farmed foods and tools, along with moving the slave down there, replace the rope railing with normal Hlaalu railing and check over the cluttering.

Doesn't make full use of exterior space and also the downstairs layout is weird from lack of stacking stairs, should be updated to include both the use of the stacking stairs and to fit ext like a normal claim. Needs de_m furniture updated. Include a clutter pass.
