Ganalis Droryn, a Dunmer convert to the Imperial Cult (tied to the Imperial chapel in Sadrathim), is attempting to install an altar to Arkay in his family tomb (https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/claims/thirr-valley-10-tomb-01, Droryn Ancestral Tomb), because he had heard that Arkay protected burial places. However, every time he returns, he finds that the altar has cracked down the middle, and he suspects his ancestors are responsible.
Vandirelyon Chimeri stronghold south west of Othmura that is going to be the central piece for the Othmura Mages Guild questline.
This should be a good opportunity for puzzles and various challenges that require magic skills to progress - a collapsed bridge for levitation, a narrow hole for telekinesis, a Daedric sigil gate (see Firewatch Mages Guild).
