Here, an unreliable voice begins. It should be ambiguous at first, but there should be some indicator to his character afterwards. He asks you to help him kill some people because he thinks he is an important man and that the temple has cursed him, and the imperial legion has a Dwemer machine that affects him remotely.
We need this for The Rift quest. I made and tested it, it's the exact same as the vanilla steam_lavariver except it's got an editor marker tag on the box so it doesn't appear in game. Plz merge. Zip contains mesh (meshes/tr/f/tr_act_steam_lavariver.nif) and an .esp that can be merged into the data addon, containing only an activator called T_Glb_Var_Steam_Lavariver using said mesh
