TITLE: A Dunce in Morrowind, v2 AUTHOR: Frolja Silver-Blood.
Lucky was I to have a guide to the Eastern land, Morrowind, in Remyn Sadrethi, who told me he is an up and coming merchant of House Hlaalu, travelling to the Old Run on business. The walk was long, but Remyn was so stingy that he wouldn’t even pay for the silt strider in Gnisis. It was also fortunate for me that he was good with his magic, which helped keep the cliff racers and kagouti away from us.
”Ald’Ruhn is the seat of House Redoran on Vvardenfell,” he said to me.
TITLE: A Dunce in Morrowind, v1 AUTHOR: Frolja Silver-Blood
It was a cold morning in the West Gash, when Remyn found me standing naked by the side of the road. He gave me a contemptful look, but slowed his pack guars and his walk as he came to me. After staring at me like I was stupid for another minute or two, he finally spoke.
Today I worked on something that bothered me a long time already, namely how moddy (bright, jagged edges, bad alpha channels) a lot of the book icons looked. Well, now that is no more. Here’s 46 new book icons, that should be for every single book, including those that had only models but no icons done for them yet (mostly open books).
A version of the current swamptroll with a more natural-looking walking animation and new swimAttack & swimHit animation.
Thanks to the new swimAttack/swimHit – animations you can fight the swamptroll in water and it will play according animations. If you enable both “walks” & “swims” for the swamptroll (currently it only walks) it can change between water and and land freely and fight in both media. I have tested it and it works.
Here are my edits of the de_rm set already in TR_Data. The ‘feet’ are shaded a bit oddly at the moment, so I might have another go at them later, but these are practically done.
Not to be confused with a slave UPrising. This is based on the idea that in history, some slaves could work their way out of bondage. It makes sense to transfer this to Morrowind slaves, as we have an example of that in Divyath Fyr’s Argonian slave. (And this also gives Slave 5’s request in the Escaped Slaves quest some weight, having there be a precedent.)
Premise: One of the Dres irrigation systems has broken, and the PC must help repair it.
Details: The questgiver tells the player one of the pumps has broken and they need a replacement gear. The questgiver says a dwemer gear would do the trick until the caravan with replacement parts gets in, but mentions the caravan has been delayed.
The player has two options: 1) Find a dwemer gear, then carry it down to the pump and install it. Finishes the quest.
