Replaced both Speechcraft checks in this dialogue with a dispo check (80 and 85 respectively). The 80 was for Hlaalu players to be able to do the quest, the 85 was for Danvas to accept a peaceful solution.
I took a look at the distribution of services in TR Mages Guild halls and after a comparison with vanilla, presented in this doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1saw-zzzMBT8oJpcJvZdWI9ej9c1EdUJ4_4nK..., and following discussions on discord, made some edits in order to make sure TR guild halls offer a wider variety of services to players, who now have a reason to interact with most of the NPCs.
TR_m4_Tattara in Andothren docks no longer has T_Local_NoLore variable. TR_m4_Tattara2 in Bthuangthuv now uses a different script with T_Local_NoLore present.
In his bugfix https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/quest-fixes-andaram-release-week-30, Ronik changed the bonemold helmet of Nals Tobor to the Canyon Watch helmet. However, this fix doesn't change the helmet id in dialogue, when Nals Tobor takes it off and gives it to you. This esp fixes that (this is an addition to Ronik's fix, not a replacement).
