Just a quick fix for a non-quest easter egg npc in Roth-Roryn who inexplicably had no dialogue. He now has the generic topics appropriate to his class.
This was caused by lines deliberately introduced in TR. It's not vanilla behaviour (vanilla HH does not block high-ranking players from quests), and it is not consistent with TR either. Removed the outright request to meet Merro Galvix in Firewatch from the dialogue for EEC members, because he doesn't actually give you anything if you do (he didn't in Helnim either).
She actually has the gold in her inventory after you've given it to her. If you give her the cursed gold she gets a normal gold, so you can't summon another daedra with it.
Fixes inappropriate asset usage at Anel Rathri's stand.
