I tried running the TheBareNecessities_TamrielRebuilt.esp (available here: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43365) through the TR_FilePatcher. It seems to have missed all the IDs in the BN_ related scripts (examples below), and crashes the game without these.
Hello world i have done it ! downloaded all that has to be downloaded put everything in my data file ... followed the tutorial to the end ... But there is one little Problem when i have to register the Bsa archive My archive are at the end of my Morrowind.ini folder but in the launcher when i clic on data file there is a mess and the file are before Morrowind.esp tribunal.esp and Bloodmoon.esp....
I think topic “running an errand” may hide standard “errand” topic making impossible to go on with http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Sharn_gra-Muzgob (link is external) without addtopic errand by console possible fix: addtopic errand in the same greeting introducing the “running an errand” topic e.g.
addtopic "running an errand" ; safety addtopic "errand" ; fix for main quest Journal "EB_Express" 10 Choice "I'll deliver it for you." 1 "I can't help you." 2
When COCing around the mainland I noticed that I COC’d to a couple of areas that were apparently in the wrong region (see location on map vs cell name in screenshots). I don’t know if this is the game having issues with lots of COCing or if we have a few cells tagged with the wrong regions. Worth checking out.

One: When doing the Muskflies in Bal Oyra quest, I killed all of the muskflies before talking to Rone. When I went to her after finishing, she gave me the quest but would not seem to acknowledge its completion. I reloaded, talked to Rone, and then killed the muskflies. This seemed to fix the problem. Also, I was suffering from a common disease; that may have played a role.
Two: There’s a floating bollard on the docks of Bal Oyra. It’s TR_ex_com_bollard_02 with the listed coordinates.
The guard that is supposed to be in ashamul was not there, but about 2 cells to the south, just north of a cave called Palisnabat. All the dialogue and the quest for Master Mithras worked fine. I'm using OpenMW 0.38 in case that matters
