Initial scripts for the Mourning the Passage quest of Foul Murder for testing and backup.
Edit: to start the quest Dagoth Ur has to be killed (journal index C3_DestroyDagoth 50)

Notes on MG playtesting. May post a better detailed walkthrough later, but am busy right now...

NPC locations before quest (check for dialogue filtering):
--Mertabell and Ceredwen are in the trader's shack in Ildrim
--Ralani is on top the tower next to the bridge of the Old Ebonheart castle
--Bildam is on the wall between the docks and the bridge to the castle in Old Ebonheart
--Ernandre is standing by the fountain

Enable/Disable checks:
--frost atronach sits on one of the Old Ebonheart docks
--the missing guar is in Bthung
--Arquebald Vene should disappear while the player is wearing the cure-cold robe
--Astien is in the Waste Pit area of the sewers

Requirements:
--quests need Mages Guild membership (doh)
--To Catch a Cold and later quests need Evoker rank or higher

Alternate quest steps that may need testing:
--all the different ways of resolving "conjuration accident" [Watery Fate]
--Valia sends you on a short quest to make the chairs in the inn stop flying [Watery Fate]
--Ernandre sells a "lovely magic ring" wth a cheese enchantment on it [Guars and Guards]
--the player can bring the lost guar back either to Mertabell or to Ceredwen, or not bring it back at all [Blight Watch]

Is it possible to drop them in empty space then?

Dirty as hell, completely untested, and placeholder dialogue...
...but apart from that it's fully "playable".
