The Deshaan Plains are now in Stage 3: Document improvement. This means that we are refining the information in our document, not making major changes.
The old TR Master Plan Foundation is outdated and does not comply with our current organizational structure. It had been intended as a blueprint (hence foundation) to the actual Master Plan we were supposed to then go on to create, but instead we more-or-less treated it as the Master Plan itself and left it as-is. Now that we've finally come around to actually working on the Master Plan, it seems a good idea to make a new thread.

Tamriel Rebuilt now hosts meetings online on a biweekly or weekly basis. Generally, we use Skype for this, but we also might use Discord. These meetings are recorded (and, with the permission of those participating, posted online here.). Notes are also taken.
Anyone is welcome to join these meetings. If you don't want or prefer not to speak, you can join and just type.

As per the skype meeting of Saturday, January 9, we will be investigating using these drupal-based forums and also forums based on redmine. We will be trialing these for a period of one week (which will end on Saturday January 16) and then during that day's skype meeting we will choose which of these two are going to be the new forums.
So a thought just occured to me, someone please explain to me how this works. My birthday is 5/20/90 so I'm 25 years old. But what if I was born prematurely by like two months? What if I was conceived the beginning of November and then seven months later I'm born, BUT! Someone conceived in October of that same year but was born the normal 9 months later would be born sometime in July. Am I really older than that other person by two months even though they've existed longer than I have?
Almalexia is ugly, but technically, she's also your wife. So, when you have those perverts that make retexture mods so she's all sexy and whatnot...is it really oggling if she was your wife in a past life? Doesn't that make it okay? Wait....can you even oggle your own wife? Why would you wanna do that in the first place? Does it being a past life matter? Also, if it's true that the Tribunal murdered Nerevar, then wouldn't that make her a black widow? #Food4Thought
