Minotaur Race

Having Minotaurs be creatures is extremely inconvienent for a number of reasons, so they should instead be implemented as a proper race. Due to their proportions being significantly different from those of base_animKnA.nif, another skeleton with its own set of animations must be made, which will be shared with the Kamal.

Darvonis: Debts Settled and Due

Vanul Rothan is a Dunmer, hanging around Darvonis' Dust Market, and he’s here on a job. The local apothecary Gols Vandus has taken out a significant loan from his employers, the Briricca Private Bank, and he’s here now to collect. Gols unfortunately has nothing yet to pay Vanul back with to settle the debt. The money he borrowed was used to import a significant amount of ingredients into Darvonis due to the area not being particularly great for finding what he needs for his project.

Sundered Scar: Short-sighted Seer

Rirnas Salmyn is a blind Dunmer hermit, living alone in the Sundered Scar wastes. He was once a cultist of Azura and blessed with foresight, but he offended his goddess by defending a travelling Buoyant Armiger (servant of the traitor Vivec) from being eaten by the local wildlife. She cursed Rirnas with blindness and sent two Winged Twilight daughters to harass him, stealing his food and forcing him to live in the wasteland.

Darvonis: Bleach for the Eye

[A local commoner/washerwoman] in Darvonis who has gone almost blind (from working with sulfur), and therefore can't travel to the wastes herself, needs raw sulfur to bleach clothes. She asks you to bring her 3 pieces of Raw Sulfur, and gives you a nice shirt (Exquisite or similar) that belonged to a traveler who never came back for it as a reward.

Fervinthil: NPCing and General Dialogue

This claim is for general NPCing work for the town of Fervinthil. Implement NPCs and local dialogue according to the below guidelines and interior claim descriptions. Do NOT implement quests without discussing these, but feel free to suggest misc. quest hooks and discuss these in the comments below and/or on Discord for later quest claim stages.
Retain existing NPCs, changing details where necessary. Retain existing topics, updating where necessary.

Sundered Scar: Serial Accidents

One of the merchants at the Caravanserai southeast of Marog tells you that just this month, three different caravans have been found burned down on the road from the caravanserai to Darvonis. Accidents involving explosions of sulfuric dust are known to happen in the area, but three times is just too many times to be a coincidence, and they ask you to look into it as they for the caravanserai’s reputation (and thus, their business).
