Somewhere near the main road from Darvonis to Marog, you can meet a man by the name of Marcus Reprus. He claims to have been kidnapped by smugglers on the way to Marog, but he escaped, leaving behind his prized ring. The ring is a family heirloom and has been in the family for generations.

He lost his “lucky” necklace his mother had given him there, and when he returned, she had died. Over the years he’s grown neurotically obsessed, believing the amulet itself cursed her and killed her out of spite, even though she succumbed to bitter disease. Now he just wants to see that amulet one last time.
