Thirr Valley Region Rock Texture

Makes it so the texture isn't banded anymore, which used to make some funky looking rock usage and terrain painting very apparent. This new texture has a more "dark edge" to it just like MwGek's Tanna and Geranium plants have with their shading. Makes the region blend together just that little bit more compared to before.

B1: Common hlaalu building. Reused the TD id for that one weird deprecated building as this is not a city specific house.
