Currently, when starting a new game with TR installed, a player has very little reason to visit mainland Morrowind. There are no organic, natural and immersive prompts for the player to leave Vvardenfell. Sure, TR_Factions expands the Hortator quest line, but that comes rather late in the game and is essentially higher-level content, while most of TR is made to accomodate lower level players.
A windswept, jagged isle far to the east of Port Telvannis, which once hosted a notably reclusive wizard-lord and her tower (which still stands). The island is host to 2-4 caves, one of which can only be accessed from underwater (and maybe the tower dungeon), and is the current resting place of King Orgnum's Coffer, the focus of this quest.
The island is to be created in the current Telvanni Isles style and may be altered in the redo of that area.
The current Arvud tower-covers each use roughly twenty objects for something that should be fairly straightforward to turn into a single asset that could then be used in other Hlaalu regions.
Requesting some new assets for use around Morrowind's many regions.
We already have a range of skeletons such as mammoths, wales, and cattle but many of these can't really be used in Morrowind's Regions.
At the very least some additional creature skulls of native fauna to morrowind, such as the Guar, would be appreciated so they can be used to decorate the landscape.
