TR has fully duplicated the vanilla lines in the topic "soul sickness" which would otherwise not be available for TR NPCs because they have nolore exclusions. But in my opinion they *shouldn't* be available, because in our lore there is very little to none Sixth House influence on the vast majority of the Mainland, so this should not be a thing most people know or care about, and they certainly shouldn't have neighbours screaming in the night.
T_Rga_FurnP_Table_01 (hf_furn_rga_p_table01.nif) isn't affected by lighting correctly. The legs of the table are fine, but the tabletop is only affected by lighting when the candle is in very specific places, and looks very strange, and in most places a light simply won't affect it whatsoever. I have checked in game so it's not just a CS issue.
Two NPCs in Map 1 and Map 4 are equipped with the Silver Sword of Paralysis from the Bloodmoon expansion. This sword is inexplicably more powerful than its Daedric counterparts whilst providing a paralysis effect. This sword is also found in the TData leveled list for one hand long at PC Level 15. A fix for data has been submitted on Github, this is for the mainland file itself that fixes the NPCs and gives them Silve Flameswords instead.
FG endgame quests are tied to the PC being a Guardian or a Champion, and they're easy to break if the player was demoted in one of TR quests. To avoid that, in two such quests in Firewatch and Akamora FG, demotion should be replaced with a reputation drop.
TR_Travels placed a TempleMarker at Vos to prevent the player from shooting off to Ranyon-Ruhn from northeastern Vvardenfell Of course TR_Travels got deprecated and its TempleMarker disappeared with it, so currently the player will end up in the middle of Map1 when using ALMSIVI Intervention in that part of Vvardenfell Which is far more intrusive to the base game than adding a marker to Vvardenfell is, IMO
The last couple of times that it came up on Discord people seemed to be in agreement about adding it back, but so far it hasn't happened yet
