t_imp_legion_shortswordbroke_01 : guards using deprecated weapon textures

tr_m3_imp_guard_s some of these are using t_imp_legion_shortswordbroke_01 deprecated weapon textures/files (?)

Reported previously as a (closed) bug but it still persists but not in all the same guard models: Found 1 in the Ebon tower and in the Imperial Archeological society there is one. Another tr_m3_imp_guard_s in the Imperial archeology society does not have this problem since it uses a different weapon.

Move "Hide and Seek" quest from OE to S:HOTN

TR is suffering from a glut of pocket realms -- OE in itself has three, and two of them are in the Mages Guild. This is way to much and only serves to cheapen future pocket realms planned, e.g., for Master Dral. It was proposed on Discord that one of the OE MG pocket realms, "Hide and Seek," which is Rakanishu's old quest showcase, be moved to another project, namely the Mages Guild in S:HOTN's Markarth Side.

Rakanishu was happy with the idea, so we should do it.

Glitchy Cursed Gold crashes game in Anashbibi, Inner Shrine

There is some cursed gold found on the ground in Anashbibi, Inner Shrine that when picked up will give the player an error, it won't stack with the rest of their gold and if you attempt to place it in a container the game will crash.

I realize that this is an unused item from the base game and therefore technically a bug with the base game and not the mod however, I think it was unused for a reason. 

Goblin Brute missing block animation

The Goblin Brutes found in Pagondha Cave have shields and attempt to use them to block, however they are missing a block animation and therefore give the player an error message when attacked with a melee weapon.

I realize these Goblins are just copies of the ones from the base game and therefore this effects them aswell however the ones in the base game don't have shields so it never comes up.
