Necromancers lacking spells

A lot of npcs with Necromancer class do not use thematic summon undead spells. Some of them have summon daedra instead of summon undead. Some have both but use only summon daedra. And some lack any summoning spells at all.

Does not know any spells at all:

Does not know any summoning spells:

TR_m2_O_Azmodel

TR_m3_O_Armando

TR_m3_O_Deer_Lai

TR_m3_O_Foralia

TR_m3_O_Hjoorla

TR_m3_O_Zuls

Does not know summon undead but knows summon daedra:

Mages Guild: Delivery for Dagmund delivery gets skipped

Mages Guild: Delivery for Dagmund has a bug - delivery part can be accidentally skipped.

The topic the player needs to choose to complete the delivery is not obvious. Completing the delivery is hidden in "Icebreaker Keep" topic - this is totally counter intuitive, sounds more like a generic topic.

At this point, the player can pick the topic "gone missing" (can be unlocked in for example vanilla Moroni Uvelas quest). Then, the player gets a journal entry, which causes the delivery to be skipped, since the delivery and the missing apprentice are part of the same quest.

Halan Macrinus - Icebreaker Keep delivery

While speaking to Halan Macrinus in Guild of Mages, Firewatch under topic "Icebreaker Keep" he hands my PC 50 drakes says the following;

"Thank you for making the delivery. Here's your fee."

However I did not start any quest regarding that. I only passed through Nivalis once and barely spoke to the residents.

Skylamp Bad Weighting

In addition to the poor UVs on the small eyes (?) of the skylamp mentioned in another of my reports, some of the weighting on the models is problematic. There are various seams that occur during animations which can be quite visible. One of the larger eyes/sacs/whatever has such a seam (in the first image), and the seams also occur along the center and back of the model (in the second image) on both sides. Lastly the smaller eyes appear to be affected too much by a bone and thus move into the rest of the model (in the third image).
