Met Saynelus Ramathril for his quest (Skeleton Wizard) west of Andothren. Left for some time to do other quests around the city. Returned to find two soldiers about to deal with him. After resolving that encounter, Saynelus can't be activated to engage dialogue. Activating him does nothing, even after gathering the needed dispel potions for his quest.
The dialogue for the two High Rock thrill-seekers in the eponymous quest is rather stilted and composed almost entirely of very short sentences. The writing style, hence, feels off from Morrowind. It could do with a light dialogue pass.
The end dialogue with the questgiver, TR_m4_Barsalbaal Mawia in Armun Ashland's Poisoned Urnuridun Guar gives you unlimited disposition. Likely this is just missing a control variable in the dialogue script.
After completing the "Cursing Like a Whitch" (index 80, still haven't reported to Margia Sycora), Foedus Locutius returns the same generic dialog about being afraid no one in the FG knows the place as well as Foedus does and tells the player to ask around Dondril (which the player clearly already did as the quest was completed).
There are three fallen lines in the topic "my trade" and ten fallen lines for "Background", resulting in (most of?) the speakers never saying their unique lines. Check the bottom of the dialogue tables for these topics.
I have not checked most other topics, so this could be a good idea.
