For an elite club that caters to high nobility (at least according to dialogue), it is very underwhelming - feels cramped and cheap, like a shady tavern. At the very least it could use some tapestry swap or some other additions to feel more "rich". I mean, if it's required to be a Hlaalu member to visit it, what are the perks?
1. Northmaker - it's turned 180 degrees, should be an easy fix
2. Dilmoon's face (but that's more a Tamriel_Data thing) - there's something wrong with the animation on this one, it looks like he's talking in a constant loop, but no voice
Noticed that the book Ius, Animal God appears to use a Dunmer Temple-related cover; it is not a dunmer cultural book and should probably receive a more basic western type texture.
The bottom stairs in "Andothren, Hlaalu Retainer Apartments" use a one sided wall to cover up the gap between the stairs and the room next to it, meaning that the player can't look into the apartment from the stairs but can actually look out through the same gap
