Hi, so I'm up to the Telvanni Hortator part of the main quest, and I've obtained the votes of all of the mainland Telvanni councilors except for Master Vaerin. First time I talked to him he disapproved, and the player journal recorded that, however when I talked to him a second time and he attacked me, there was no journal entry of that or his subsequent death. Going back to Master Aryon back on Vvardenfell doesn't help, since the game doesn't seem to recognise that Master Vaerin is dead.
Hello. I was playing a bit, and found this particule emitter somewhere visible by the player. I have no mods that edit Tamriel Rebuilt's terrain, and no mod seems to edit this entity/object/whatever it is called too (based on the ori command).
This NPC in the Dustmoth Garrison kitchens has extra services that he also refuses to provide: spells, ecnhanting and bed renting. Probably some mish-up. Sorry if it was already fixed in a newer version (mine is several weeks old)
The quest index 83 is achieved when the player talks with Indoril Ilvi (TR_m3_Draler Ilvi) through the topic "Margia Sycora" after the Quest has passed or is in the Index 81.
THE BUG: The topic "Margia Sycora" isn`t introduced from anywhere or anyone. Indoril Ilvi can`t talk with the player about this topic,
SOLUTION: I suggest to use the NPC Rathys Madalvel (TR_m3_Rathys Madalvel), the one that hint you about Indoril Ilvi. Just use addtopic in his Result Box.
