However, this timer runs in the NPC's local script, meaning the journal update is likely to not appear at all until you come back to the Salty Futtocks interior. It should be moved to a global script, like the other timers that update your journal.

Needed for better balance of "Ring of Euphoria" quest. lvl 10 for the bandit with the ring, and lvl 7 for another bandit.
