Data has a range of misc items called "T_Com_Key_XX". Their chief use is to copy them into new objects if you want a key to have a particular look. In special cases you might want generic, non-useable keys to clutter a location - TR has one of those, the daedric ruin Ashinanibibi, where you can find a pile of keys left on the altar. That's fine, because the context makes it clear that this is for worldbuilding purposes.
Lanette, the bandit leader in Almas Thirr underworks hideout in Vodunius Nuccius's Part 2, has a unique named sword. But she fights with her bare fists.
Very few items in the interior of the Bufflehead, docked outside Fort Ancylis, are marked as owned - many of the items are very high value. The crates/barrels atop the TEM Ashrunner and Bufflehead are also unowned, and neither of the ships are locked, nor have any npcs, making the items inside free for the taking regardless - it is suggested on Discord they should perhaps be locked to prevent easy theft.
If the player selects an incorrect name in the dialogue tree with Parnilla Marard, after selecting the blacksmith occupation in the following question the dialogue will revert back to the name options. This may have been affected by my player character being a Khajiit, which results in additional comment by Marard following the name question.
The Bal Oyra dock with two ships anchored near it doesn't reach the sea floor underneath it. Ideally, it would be nice to add some underwater clutter too -- kollops, more kelp, barnacles, eye stars, etc.
In the new misc quest in Andothren during the final dialogue with the questgiver, he gives you an option whether to keep the amulet, keep 300 gold, or give all contents of the stash to the poor (to them). But pressing any of the first two options leads to you giving him the amulet.
