The "Veranis" topic says this: A small town nestled in the foothills of the Velothi Mountains, Veranis was once a Redoran garrison town. But trade and administrative links with the Empire have subtly transformed Morrowind's western border, and Veranis now has a notable outlander presence.
This is based on old planning where Kartur still existed. Instead, the dialogue from the current "Kartur" topic would fit the state of planning better (if you change "northwestern Roth Roryn" to "southern Clambering Moor":
Questlines made by Rats (Akamora FG, Ando FG, OE TG) have extremely low FacRep rewards compared to any vanilla or TR quest chain. They should be brought to the same standard -- +5 for ordinary quests, +10 for quests of high significance for the faction (like final quests).
Now that the T_Mw goblins have hopefully been fully fixed (they don't have the OP Tribunal weapons anymore and they shouldn't cause random animation errors), we should replace all T_Sky goblin spawns in Mainland, which were used as a stopgap hotfix, with T_Mw goblin spawns.
Effectively, this doesn't change much (the leveled lists are functionally identical), but it might help to avoid any future confusion on why there's a bunch of Skyrim goblins placed across Mainland. Also we might want to differentiate the Morrowind goblins from the Skyrim goblins in some way in the future.
All of the vanilla Telvanni crab helmets spell the name of the crab as "Mole Crab" (which is also the proper name of the real-life animal). Old TR has inexplicably changed this (or more likely, someone has misspelled it once and everyone has rolled with it) so now we have "Mole Crab" helms, a "Molecrab" creature, a "Molecrab" armor set and "Molecrab" ingredients.
When faction questgivers are out of jobs, they direct the player to other guild chapters. We need to make sure these dialogue lines include new ones added in Andaram. Same should be checked for generic dialogue related to recruitment or advancement.
If a questgiver tells you to look for jobs "elsewhere", a list of other guild chapters should be added.

Many items in the hold if TEM Saber of the Straights are considered unowned and are free for the taking, including many containers full of expensive contraband, various instances of sour wine, a pair of gauntlets, some potions etc.
The Morning Sun is a big quest hub in Hlan Oek. In one of the quests, the player is tasked with escorting a Redguard out of the tavern. But the mid-level corridor becomes an impossible struggle for an NPC (OpenMW). Aveno tried to fix the pathgrid, but the problem remained in my game (maybe a savefile issue?).
