Considering that since the next release, we have decided to remove the name of the cities in the names of the interior cells of the ships that are docked there, and all of the other ships docked in Old Ebonheart got a refit with the new name without "Old Ebonheart", the Pride of Narusia cells should be renamed as well for consistency.
I've checked and no dialogue should be filtered to the cell, neither is the current cell name used in any scripts, so it should be a simple fix.
All Thieves Guild guildhalls in vanilla, and TR as well, have at least one NPC that sells lockpicks and probes to low-rank PCs.
The only exception is Firewatch, where the only lockpick vendor, Silniel the Maven, is rank-locked. This makes the TG quests in Firewatch significantly more tricky for low level players.
The easy fix is to have Arhom in Firewatch sell the lockpicks.
To follow-up on https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/bugtracker/armor-telvanni-guards-inconsistent, I went through all of the Map 1 and Map 2 NPCs that were still wearing Armun-An bonemold and indentifed a couple of named, mostly Telvanni, NPCs that should have their armor replaced with Molecrab or Cephalopod armor.
