There are some banners in T_Data that don't use the OutsideBanner script that all vanilla and most TR banners use. The script doesn't work so it isn't a big deal. But there are mods that finish the script and make it functional. This helps with immersion as the banners will then making sounds when moving in the wind. I felt the need to makes this for 2 reasons, 1) to be consitent with the other banners in Data+Vanilla, and 2) for people that use mods that fix the script, they won't have an issue where some banners make sound, and others do not.
I got absolutely sick and tired of having to squeeze through the Almas Thirr Canalworks and Waistworks whever I wanted to walk from the lower levels to the cantons. So frustrated in fact that I decided to pick up Blender and do something about it.
I present to you: a buttress piece with stairs in them, for easy access between canton and dockside. Mesh is called tr_ex_vivec_b_b_02 is based on the vanilla ex_vivec_b_01 and ex_vivec_b_tb_01 meshes, with my own edits to the stairs. Also has a collision mesh, it's no beauty but it should work.
This changes the generic Indoril guards into irregulars wearing the Chev-Aram armour. They are fairly high level for gameplay reasons (20), but otherwise have low-level gear and the lowest rank in the House Indoril faction. Higher level retainers, especially those wearing bonemold, will generally be unique. To help provide the proper irregular look a few levelled lists have been added as well.
